4. Janamitra Ayurveda Hospital, Cherupulasseri, Palakkad.

He has successfully performed more than 500  anorectal surgeries varying from ksharasutra therapy for fistula-in-ano and pilonidal sinuses, and other surgeries like haemorrhoidal ksharasutra ligation, Agnikarma-dilatation for fissure-in-ano,superficial internal sphinterotomy using ksharasutra for fissure-in-ano. Etc. He has also performed more than 1000 parasurgical and minor procedures varying from corn excision and kshara application, cyst removal etc. He has conducted hands-on training in anorectal ayurveda surgical management for doctors at different hospitals in Thrissur and Palakkad.

• Participated as Invited Judge for Paper presentation/Poster presentation competition held in association with “Samavartana 2017, National Symposium on Exploring the New Horizons of Ayurveda” organized By Post Graduate Students Association from July 5-7, 2017, at Vaidyaratnam P.S. Varier Ayurveda College, Kottakkal, Kerala.
• Participated as resource person in “ Susrutham 2017, a Practicum on Marma”
• On February 15, 2017, at PNNM Ayurveda Medical College, Cheruthuruthy, Shoranur, Thrissur.
• Participated as delegate in “ARC-CON 2018” International Conference on Benign Ano-rectal Diseases, organized by Department of Shalyatantra, Faculty of Ayurveda Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, UP, from February 22-24, 2018.
• Led a session as resource person in AMAI, APTA, webinar series on the topic  “Ano-rectal Diseases- a Practical Approach to its Diagnosis & Management” from August 8-9, 2020.
• Led a session as resource person in Pampa Resolute 2020 webinar series on the topic “A Pragmatic Approach to Diagnosis and Management of Haemorroids & Fistula-in-ano” on November 22, 2020.
• Led a session as Guest speaker on CME programme organized by AMC connect team of The Himalaya Drug Company on the topic “ Holistic Approach in the Management of Fissure-in-ano” on December 14, 2020. 
• Presented a paper titled “Ano-rectal Diseases a Practical Approach”  an interactive session with students and house surgeons at Santhigiri Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad, felicitated by SACTA on March 23, 2021.
