Essential Information to Include on E-Poster

• Poster should be written only in English language.
• Poster Number (on the top left corner; will be provided to you if your abstract is accepted)
• Title of the E-Poster (should be brief and match with the submitted abstract)
• Names and affiliations of all authors
• The title and subheadings should be written in bold. Italics should be avoided.
• The logo of the affiliated institution/university should be placed on the upper left-hand corner (optional).
• Please select background colors that contrast well with the font to allow easier reading of your text.
• Graphs and tables should be well organized and the font used should be of a size that is easy to read.
• Content of poster presentation: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion & References.
• Contact details (optional), so that interested delegates may contact you.
• At the footer/bottom part of the poster presentation should be noted
• Presented at: SASH 2021

Paper Presentation

• All delegates/ students/ faculties are invited to submit papers in the listed categories.
• One oral paper presentation entry per participant as the first author will be accepted.
• Please submit your abstract/ full paper to amritasash21@gmail.com
• All papers must be original and not submitted to any other journal or presented in any other conference.
• Each presenter will have a maximum of 7 minutes for presentation and 3 min for Q&A.
• All the authors need to be registered for the conference

Power Point Presentation / Content & Style

• The first slide is your title slide. It should include the title of your paper, your full name and the full names of any co-authors, and your institution name and logo if applicable. Also mention: Presented at: SASH 2021
• Please use fonts of appropriate size and color to ensure visibility from a distance. The fonts we suggest using are Times New Roman or Arial.
• Please include only main points on each slide so that the judges/audience can listen to your oration rather than try to read detailed text.
• Write a clear and a crisp conclusion
• Ensure that you cover the following aspects in your presentation: Introduction, literature review/Background Information, Research Objective, Research Method, Findings, Discussion/Analysis, Conclusion and References
• Preferred file format for images is JPG.
