Lt Col (Dr) Ajee K. L. is commissioned to Military Nursing Service in the year 1997 after completion of BSc (N) from the prestigious College of Nursing, Armed Forces Medical College, Pune.

She obtained her masters in nursing from College of Nursing, CMC Vellore under Dr. MGR Medical University, Tamil Nadu and PhD in Nursing from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad, Maharashtra. She has 24 years long service in various Armed Forces Hospitals and teaching institutions across India that include peace, field and CIOPs areas.
