Abstract : Developing countries like India economy contribute very less to the livelihood of BPL group population. Small automobile thrust area significantly more contribute to the GDP with the corresponding growth from individual life. Service providers of automobile workshops render valuable services to the customers through their regional rural outlets, but problems relating to seed capital for their incubation are practically not easy. High rate of interest, loan formalities, less quantum of loan are the major obstacles to the incubators at their juncture the researcher made his attempt to undergo his research work in the title. © IAEME Publication.
