Abstract : Aerosol distribution and its impact on cloud properties have always remained as an unsolved problem. The complexity lies due to both direct and indirect effect of aerosol on cloud and the atmosphere. The development of satellite meteorology has empowered the studies in atmospheric science and has opened the doors for a more novel and path breaking research in this field. In this work, we attempt to study the correlation of seasonal variations in the anomaly of aerosol and cloud dynamics. The region of this study is chosen over New Delhi and four consecutive years (2014-2017) of MODIS cloud and aerosol retrieved products are considered for this work.
