The men’s swimming team of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, led by Arun Suresh, third-year B.Tech. student in Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering, Amritapuri, was the runner-up of the Inter Amrita Swimming Championship, from held at Coimbatore Campus, from September 14- 16,2017.

The other players of the team included M. Prabhuram, third-year B.Tech. student in Electronics and Communication Engineering; Dinesh Kumar C., third-year, year B.Tech. student in Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Thejus R. second-year B.Tech. student in Electronics and Communication Engineering; Dhanush Dev Raj, second-year, Department of Commerce and Management, School of Arts and Sciences, Amritapuri and Satyam Yagnic, Amrita School of Biotechnology, Amritapuri.
