Amrita School of Business, Kochi, organised a soft skills workshop for the first year MBA students on June 29, 2018, to mark the completion of their orientation programme. The workshop was handled by Ms. Sulakshana Suresh, Clinical Psychologist, Sanjivani Multispeciality Hospital, Chengannur.

The workshop was designed to cover an array of relevant topics such as social media addiction, attention span improvement, stress management and eating disorders. Some important life skills, useful for their university studies and future career, were also discussed. The programme was extremely interactive and interspersed with engaging activities.
