Dr. Ananthi Rajayya currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Sl. Gd) in the area of Finance at the School of Business, Amritapuri campus. She has over 17 years of experience in management education. She holds her Master’s Degree in Management and Commerce, specializing in Finance and qualified with UGC-NET in Management and Commerce. Her Ph.D. is in the area of Corporate Finance on the topic Dividend Determinants of Commercial Banks in India under Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

She is passionate about case writing and a prolific author of management case studies. She has published several case studies/ Case Chapters in ICFAI Books, ICFAI Case Development Centre (IBSCDC), Hyderabad and The Case Centre, UK. More than 1000 copies of her Cases and Teaching Notes have been purchased for academic use by leading B-Schools around the world. She has received several best-case honours and has a strong desire to compete in national and international case study competitions. She also develops management case studies for Amrita University’s government-funded e-governance project.

She has acted as resource person for Faculty Development Programmes and Guest Lectures on Case Study Analysis organized by various institutions like PSG College, Sri Krishna Institute of Management, CIET- MBA, SNS College of Technology, SVS Institute of Management Studies, Tamilnadu College of Engineering, Sree Narayana Guru College, NGM College and CIMAT.

She has served in various administrative roles like PGP- Chair MBA Programme, Head of Department, EDC-Coordinator and NAAC Steering Committee Member.

    Conducted Customer Perception Survey for AR Holding Ltd, Singapore during the month of October 2012 during my service at CIET College. This was part of the Corporate Consulting assignment taken up from Launchpad a leading Corporate Consultancy Service Provider in Coimbatore.
    – Developed Web Content and Course Material for Poultry Farmers Regulator Committee (PFRC) during 2020. Also conducted a survey on usage of Chicken by the Restaurants for the benefit of PFRC in 2021.
