Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to test and evaluate a range of learning technologies, including educational videos, learning games, and interactive simulations.

  • Your primary role will be to ensure these digital solutions meet quality standards, function properly, and provide an engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly test videos, learning games, and simulations on different devices and platforms. Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues, working closely with developers and instructional designers.

  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to verify the functionality, performance, and compatibility of learning technologies.

  • Ensure learning technologies meet accessibility and user experience standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Participate in regression testing to ensure updates don't introduce new issues. 
Qualifications

  • Entry-level or experienced candidates welcome. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, multimedia content, or interactive simulations is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

  • Experience with manual or automated testing tools is a bonus but not required. 
Education A degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates with relevant skills.
