Courses and Dual Degree Programs

Dual Degree (MBA / MS)

Offered jointly by Amrita University and SUNY, Buffalo (USA)

In Bangalore, Amrita offers a unique collaborative twinning program, the MBA-MS. Candidates have the opportunity to earn an MBA from Amrita University and an MS (Master of Sciences) in Management of IT Services from the State University of New York at Buffalo, USA. Designed primarily for those who aspire to management positions in high-tech industries, this is also a two-year full-time program.

An Executive MBA-MS is also offered at the Bangalore campus for working professionals. This two-year program has weekend classes. Students earn an Executive MBA degree from Amrita University upon the completion of the program as well as an MS degree in Management of IT Services from the State University of New York at Buffalo. The first batch of students from this program graduated in February 2009.

MS in Embedded Systems

Collaborative Twinning Master's Programme in Embedded Systems by AMRITA University and The State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo

AMRITA University along with SUNY, Buffalo's School of Engineering, has uniquely developed a Collabrative Twinning Masters program to help working professionals learn all aspects of embedded systems. From hardware to software, from algorithm development to practical implementation, the program focuses on all aspects. An MS in Embedded Systems degree will be given by SUNY, Buffalo and a M.Sc. in Embedded Systems degree by AMRITA.

Certificate Program in Embedded Systems

AMRITA University in alliance with TATA ELXSI and University of Maryland, College Park introduces an innovative Certificate Programme in Embedded Systems.

The Certificate Program in Embedded Systems provides training to students with highend tools, techniques and an overall understanding of embedded systems. Targeting the entry level engineers graduating as well as the recent graduated professionals, we designed the course focused in the domain applications such as multimedia, networking, and DSP.
