Formal Research is in progress at the school in interdisciplinary areas like Medical Informatics, Data Mining, Commerce and Finance Management. Typical problems are in the areas of developing algorithms for Medical database retrieval and developing information tools for biostatistical applications in Community Medicine. Financial Management and Computational Finance are thrust areas of research.
